FAQs

  • No! You are welcome to bring your own mat to group class, but we have plenty for you to borrow at the studio!

  • All group class series are offered on a sliding scale basis. This is to ensure accessibility within our community. The base price is set at $15 to ensure that everyone who wants to attend is able to, but know that we are offering that service below the market rate.

A sliding scale is not about what you think the cost of a service should be - it’s about what you can comfortably pay. By paying the top of what you can afford, you are subsidizing the experience for others who don't have access to the same resources. If you have questions about where you might fall on this scale, please reach out directly.

  • Whatever you are comfortable moving in! Sticky socks not required but encouraged for equipment-based sessions.

  • We are located in one of four Radical Healing buildings! If our parking lot behind the studio is full, you are welcome to park in any Radical Healing parking area between Cocoa Cinnamon and Pine State Flowers. There is additional street parking on Lakewood Ave.

Please note that Radical Healing is a bustling wellness campus, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking!

  • We have a 24-hr cancellation policy for both private sessions and group classes.

Cancellations or no-shows that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged in full.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis within 1 week of purchase.

  • Yes! Classes are all levels and modifications are provided. If you are navigating an injury or limitation that may prevent your participation in any group exercise class, it is advisable to begin with a private session to assess your level of comfort within a group class environment.

  • For inquiries about renting the back group room, please reach out to our space coordinator at groups@radicalhealing.us
