What to expect

Freedom to Move

These classes prioritize both stability & mobility. When we build stability around our joints and our bodies feel safe and supported, we can find more ease, range of motion, and freedom in our bodies.

Props

We incorporate yoga blocks, Pilates balls, foam rollers, light ankle/wrist weights, Therabands, and massage balls not only as a way to engage more deeply with the mat work, but to provide a mirror experience of what the equipment work has to offer.

Fun

Movement should not be punishment — it’s an opportunity to explore, connect, and enjoy what your body can do! We approach classes with curiosity and a sense of humor, creating an environment where we can laugh, learn, and move together.

DROP-IN for a Single Session
$20/class

A classic! This is a low-commitment option to drop into any class. Subject to availability.

Pricing Options

Sign Up for a SERIES
Sliding Scale $15-25/class

Classes are offered as a full series, usually running between 7-10 weeks depending on the calendar. Participation in the series is strongly encouraged for continuity and accountability.

Please note that all class series offered are on a sliding scale basis. This is to ensure accessibility within our community. The base price is set at $15 to ensure that everyone who wants to attend is able to, but know that we are offering that service below the market rate.  

A sliding scale is not about what you think the cost of a service should be - it’s about what you can comfortably pay. By paying the top of what you can afford, you are subsidizing the experience for others who don't have access to the same resources.
